We have recently commissioned a new dip coating unit from ProserviceTech, installed in cooperation with Mazzon, for core production.
The coating unit features continuous filtration and mixing of the coating, ensuring consistent quality and, above all, a flawless surface finish on our sand cores. Thanks to its sufficient capacity, it also allows the coating of very large cores, including those produced on our largest core shooting machine.
This investment marks another step forward in improving the surface quality of our cores and contributes to a more efficient and stable production process.
