On May 20–21, 2025, project manager Jan Procházka took part in a professional technical training program at the Omega Sinto training center in the United Kingdom. Omega Sinto, a long-term partner of Sand Team, specializes in manufacturing equipment for foundries, particularly technologies for the moulding, handling, and reclamation of chemically bonded sand moulds.
During the intensive training, Jan Procházka gained hands-on experience with machine commissioning, setup, calibration, and servicing procedures. The training focused on core equipment such as sand mixers (with capacities from 3 to 100 t/h), primary and secondary (attrition) sand reclamation units, and pneumatic sand transport systems.
After successfully completing the training, he received an official certificate from Omega Sinto. This step highlights Sand Team’s ongoing commitment to expanding technical expertise and improving service capabilities for its customers.
With this newly acquired knowledge, Sand Team is even better equipped to provide qualified support in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of Omega Sinto machinery.
